🟦 Route 103

Route 103 is named for the main Vermont State route that runs through the town of Ludlow. It's short connector trail that continues Express Lane over to Lower Timberline and Upper Arrow. It's unclear another a new trail name was needed here instead of extending Express Lane but it's one more for the trail count.
