♦︎ Lower Sel's

If you look at Okemo's official trail map from 2023 or later, you won't find Lower Sel's on it, yet it's on the trail list. Where did it go? What are they hiding? Who is Sel, anyway?

We may never know the answer to these questions, but older maps show it right between The Zone and Superpipe and logically below Sel's Choice. Perhaps the reason it's not on the map is because it's replaced by those adjacent trails once they get around to building them.

Or maybe Sel is just claustrophobic.

Ok, "Sel" is Sel Hannah, a ski champion who designed some of the trails at Okemo.
